Belgian IPA
“The Red”
An American IPA brewed with Belgian yeast. Complex and fruity with huge American hop character. Aged on tart cherries for a slight sour finish.
OG: 1.067; Color: 7; IBU: 55; ABV: 7.2%Belgian IPA
“The White”
An American IPA brewed with Belgian yeast. Complex and fruity with huge American hop character.

“The Blue”
An American IPA brewed with Belgian yeast. Complex and fruity with huge American hop character. Aged on a healthy dose of blueberries, giving a bit of sweetness in the finish.

“KOTH & NJCB Exclusive”
The Cannibal aged in a wine barrel with plum puree for over a year with wild yeast. Effervescent and complex with notes of tropical fruit and wood. OG: 1.070; Color: 3; IBU: 30; ABV: 7.8%
