We here at Salt Creek Grille would like to invite you to learn all about Beer! Chad Landsberg, Salt Creek Grille’s Assistant GM and Certified Beer Server, will be conducting a series of classes to educate you about the wonderful world of Beer!
The first installment will be all about the History of Beer and all about the Cicerone program. The class will range from 60-90 minutes and will be covering beer’s history, how it came to be, and all about what a Cicerone is and how to become one. We will also be joined by a guest speaker Ron Johnson from YARDS Brewery in Philadelphia. Ron is a Certified Beer Server and will be able to add an extra layer of expertise to the class.
Not only will we be learning about beer, but tasting it too of course! We will be sampling a few basic styles of beer to learn how to properly taste beer and what you should be looking for.
