We will have two American Sours and a Gose –
We take a very subtle approach to our American Sours where the concept is to have something that is subtle in approach, and enjoyable. Fruit was sourced by our good friends and neighbors at Matts Farm Market & Garden Center.

Instead of one the flavors standing out and dominating the beer the flavors compliment each other, balance out and allow for a very layered flavor journey.

Hints of fruit and wheat should be present with the taste starting off tart and then mellowing out with the wheat, transition to the fruit flavor and then a blending of fruit and tartness that should linger a bit in your mouth.

With our lemon-lime gose we were thinking Margaritas on the beach! The salt and the sourness work well to balance each other out. The salt sticks to your tongue with the second sip being saltier than the first.
