Test Dept.™ Wheaty – Pale Wheat American Ale
ABV: 6.5%
IBU: 30
An American Wheat that features notes of bubblegum and candy sweetness. A grain bill of pilsen, wheat and rye malt dry-hopped with Cascade hops. Belgiany yeast taste is present but on the subdued side.

Test Dept.™ Wood-Aged Stout
ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 25
Our brewmaster made a dry stout and aged it in Toast Oak mild chips that gives in a mild vanilla taste that gradually warms smoothly from the wood.
