This dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 11th, at 7PM. Preliminary snacks and complimentary beer will be available starting at 6:30PM.
The guest brewery will be Triumph Brewery, Princeton, NJ, who created the first purpose-built brewpub in the state in 1995. Triumph has long produced more beer than any brewpub in NJ and has what many consider the most architecturally striking interior of any brewpub in the state.
The price will be $75 per person, including tax and gratuity.
Copied from The Trap Rock website, the beer dinner’s menu is still being worked on. It’s going to be local according to the website. I have no more details and have emailed them to find out more. If I find anything out, I’ll let you know.
