ANNUAL SAINT PATTY’S DAY PARTY AND OPEN HOUSE IS SATURDAY, MARCH 15TH!

March is here, and that means it’s time for a Saint Patrick’s Day party at The Brewer’s Apprentice! Saturday, March 15th we’ll celebrate the luck of the Irish with an open house, music, food, and best of all BEER!
Come out to the brewery between 3pm and 6pm and get your green on with us! Instead of our usual Irish stout, red and lager selections this St. Pat’s we’re changing things up and rolling out some NEW RECIPES! In addition to our Logan’s Run Scotch Ale you’ll be able to sample these new brews before anyone else: Toasted Lager (our clone of the popular Blue Point beer,) Catherine The Great (a Russian Imperial Stout brewed with cherries,) and The Jersey Devil (our brand new Belgian Quad and the strongest recipe in our book!)
Tickets are $10 in advance ($15 at the door) and include a delicious homemade corned beef sandwich with colcannon and a 16oz. beverage of your choice. For those just dropping by for the tasting smaller 2oz. samples will be available.
Wait, there’s MORE! Enjoy special discounts on brewing appointments and ingredients throughout the store! All the while, we’ll be playing a huge array of great Irish music… ranging from traditional to rock.
Whether you celebrate Paddy’s Day or not, we invite you to help us pay homage to our favorite Saint by sampling great beer, classic food, and awesome music. Bring your friends and make new ones… it’s going to be a great time!

We’ve gotten feedback from some of our dedicated homebrew customers requesting HopUnion sealed 1oz. packets as an option for purchase and long-term hop storage. We hear you! Starting this week most varietals are available, with even more on the way!
KEGS! Used ball-lock kegs are back while supplies last!!
Though they’re getting scarce and tough for us to find, we’ve found a supplier and currently have 5 gallon Cornelius (‘Corny’) ball-lock kegs in stock and on sale! Each keg has been pressure tested and comes with a new set of O-rings. $75 each while supplies last, first come – first served!
