This 4-course dinner & beer pairing features craft brews from Lake Placid, UniBroue, Long Trail, Southampton, and Leinenkugel. Menu includes: Apple & Gorgonzola salad, Sirloin Tri-Tip and Chocolate Mocha Bread Pudding. $45 per person (excludes admission, tax & gratuity)
