Our friends from Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Company sent over this press release but read this entire article. We have information on how NJCB Members will be able to secure your key! We keep updating this post with more locations.
Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Company, located at 1940 Olney Avenue in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is planning on opening its doors to its 1,800 square foot tasting room, within the production facility, this May. The tasting room is being outfitted to be an experience, including Skee-ball machines, fun house mirrors, a giant spin-wheel, and of course, 8 taps.
In anticipation of the grand opening, Forgotten Boardwalk is giving away 1,000 keys to their brewery. The design is a sleek skeleton key & bottle opener, featuring the company mascot, Growler, the Cat. The key also serves as an exclusive membership to The Refuge Society Club at Forgotten Boardwalk.
Membership of The Refuge Society Club gives curious beer drinkers
· Admittance to pop-up openings before the tasting room is open to the public.
· Access to limited pilot-batch beers.
· Merchandise that is restricted to members only.
· Various discounts.
· Members-only hours.
· Members-only free Skee-ball opportunities.
· A holiday gift and more!A majority of the keys will be disbursed with the help of New Jersey Craft Beer and Philly Beer Scene starting April 1st 2014. Limited amounts of keys will be dispersed, at random, to local craft beer bars for their loyal customers. Your curiosity will be rewarded in the Refuge Society Club after you register your PIN ID on our website.
Still curious? Didn’t get a key? For those who wish to obtain a key to the brewery and gain access to the exclusivity, a limited amount of keys will be for sale on the website, www.forgottenboardwalk.com in order to keep the club an intimate setting.

No, keys are only for NJCB Members. You can become on at ACBF and perhaps get a key.
I’m excited!!! See you in AC! 🙂
Too bad the focus is all about the schtick and not the beer!
I don’t think that’s true. I’ve been talking to the owners for over a year and they are definitely focused on beer, JA.
Which NJCB seminar on Sat? What time? Does it cost anything? I will be at the day session

Are any of these “random” events going to be in the Cherry Hill area? I’m local to brewery and a NJCB member who would love this.
Yes, we’ve been updating the post, Robert. There’s an event tonight at CRAFT HOUSE.
So where is Jon? Ohh he just tweeted he is @ The Irish Mile and not Craft House
I showed up the Craft House about 8:30 PM on 4/17 and Forgotten Boardwalk was no where to be found. I’m a NJCB member and local to Cherry Hill. I would love to support this new brewery if they will be producing tasty brews.
Can’t wait! When is the official launch event when the keys are finally used?
