Maloney’s Third Annual Thanksgiving Beer Pairing Dinner featuring the best of American Ales is on November 18 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $55 per person. Reservations are required and should be made via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Harvest Mushrooms- cornbread and sausage stuffed mushrooms paired with Smuttynose Old Brown Dog Ale (6.5%, American Brown Ale).
Roasted Autumn Vegetable Bisque paired with Ommegang 2011 Independence Day Ale (6.5%, Farmhouse Ale).
Turkey Pot Pie- tender turkey, pearl onions, baby carrots and peas in a savory gravy, topped with puff pastry and baked to perfection with Allagash Fluxus 2011 (8% Biere de Garde).
Pumpkin-Spice Cake topped with crème fraiche and drizzled with a cranberry-orange coulis …..paired with Dogfish Punkin’ Ale (7%, Pumpkin Ale).
For this weekend, we’ve tapped a rare Stone brew, Double Bastard (Stone’s Arrogant Bastard that’s been barrel-aged). We’ve also brought several new breweries to the taps, including Wychwood, Cape Anne, and Shmaltz.
We are also still accepting reservations for our Yards Tour on November 14th. While the trip is intended primarily as a staff education adventure, we think it will be more fun if our customers come along.
