We stashed away a few kegs of 3 different versions of our Abbey Tripel waiting for the perfect time to enjoy them. Well, that time will be October 4 – 7. All the Abbeys can be enjoyed in a flight, while supplies last!
*Abbey Tripel v2.0 — This beer is a golden color ale with aromas of banana, clove, citrus, and spice. It leads to flavors of fruity spices, soft malt, and hints of alcohol all with a light medium body that finishes dry. 9.6 ABV, 31 IBU
*Bourbon Barrel Aged Abbey Cherry Tripel — This light, medium body Belgian Tripel is rich with aromas and flavor of spice, banana, clove and cherry from the beer and vanilla and bourbon overtones from the oak barrels. A LIMITED EDITION batch aged in Wild Turkey Barrels for 180 days. 8.9 ABV, 31 IBU
*Cabbey Savvy Abbey Tripel — This version spent 9 months aging in Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc barrels. Enjoy aromas of slight banana, clove, grape skin, tannins, and fruity spice undertones in this deep gold ale that has a light medium body that finishes dry. The barrel aging lends the complexity of light oak, wine tannins, and mellow alcohol to this Belgian Tripel. 8.9 ABV, 31 IBU
