Great beer, great food, great people and now, great cookbooks. A very good friend to NJCB as well as loyal NJCB Member, John Holl is releasing his book at Barcade at the end of the month. Come to Barcade Jersey City on August 29 as they welcome friend, beer writer, and bowtie enthusiast John Holl and toast the release of his American Craft Beer Cookbook.
John’s put together a draft list featuring beers from many of the breweries featured in his book – some of whom will be on hand to celebrate!
Barcade also be serving a few dishes from the cookbook as kitchen specials that evening, and the book will be available for sale as well.
