In celebration of American Craft Beer Week, Cape May Brewing Company be hosting its first ‘Sour Hour’ (see what they did there?) on May 13 from 5-7pm. It’s the perfect time to try a tasting or pint of their popular Tower 23 — named for a local World War II Lookout Tower — because CMBC staff will be on site to discuss the light and refreshing Berliner Weisse. Learn what makes the sour style so tricky – and so rewarding – to produce, and hear about the 60 recently acquired oak barrels that are about to do wonders for their sour program. Come thirsty.
