SAINT XAVIERS IMPERIAL STOUT – AGED IN A LAIRD’S APPLE JACK BARREL!!
Imperial Stout. This stout is all about color and body. An impressive grain bill gives this ale most of its character, making it black, full of roasty, caramel flavors, and giving it a full, creamy body. This brew is true to style for mid-century stouts from Europe, full and satisfying, with a HIGH alcohol level.
IT’S THEN AGED IN A LAIRD’S APPLE JACK BRANDY BARREL.
This a “community” brew, join with fellow brewers for an unique experience, this event is always enjoyed by all! You need not be present to brew but all bottling (mid-August) will be scheduled individually.
