8 bourbon and wine barrel aged beers, along with our annual celebration of Bacon Madness food features.
April Mae & The June Bugs will be playing music 1pm to 3pm.

The Beers:
Barrel-Aged Biere de Mars, a French farmhouse-style ale aged for a year in oak barrels lending notes of vanilla.
Wild Cannibal, the Cannibal aged in a wine barrel for over a year with wild yeast. Effervescent and complex with notes of tropical fruit and wood.
Biere de Chard, Imperial Saison aged on wood for three months. Chardonnay-like wine character with notes of tropical fruit and a long dry finish.
May the Brett Be With You, Session Brett IPA. Low alcohol, but highly hopped amber ale finished with Brettanomyces for a spicy, slightly funky undertone.
Bourbon Honey Tripper, Belgian Tripel made with 20 pounds per barrel of Pine Barrens wildflower honey. Aged in American Oak bourbon barrels for a hint of vanilla.
Bourbon Buccaneer’s Bounty, this rich, caramel American brown ale is accented with toasted coconuts and finished with Sumatran coffee then aged in a bourbon barrel.
Bourbon Wee Heavy, a strong, brown Scotch Ale aged in bourbon barrels with whole vanilla beans. A distinct sweet malt character is entwined with bourbon.
Bourbon Winter Warmer, a strong, dark English-style ale brewed with spices, brown sugar, and molasses, then aged in a bourbon barrel.

The Food:
Bacon and Barley Soup, fresh herbs and pecorino Romano cheese.
House Cured B.L.T Salad, iceberg, heirloom tomato, bacon fat croutons and creamy avocado-bacon dressing.
Potato-Bacon Croquettes, smoked cheddar and bacon-horseradish cream.
Smoked Bacon and Asparagus Bruschetta, feta, olive oil and madeira wine reduction.
Pork Belly Wellington, swiss chard, mushroom duxelle, champ potatoes and port-bacon drizzle.
Bacon Bolognese Rigatoni, house made bacon sausage ragout and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Barbeque Glazed North Atlantic Salmon, bacon succotash, caramelized onion smashed potatoes and onion rings.
Bacon Blondie Sundae, candied pecans, malted bourbon pecan ice cream and maple-ale syrup.
