FIRST COURSE- Choice of one appetizer:Salmon Cakes- Poached Salmon with Potatoes, Red Peppers, Purple Onions and Old Bay seasoning coated in Panko Bread Crumbs, pan seared to perfection, served with a Horseradish Cream sauce paired with Pale Ale
Truffle Fries- Straight Cut Crispy French Fries tossed with Shaved Parmesan Cheese, White Truffle Oil and Sea Salt paired with Pale Ale
SECOND COURSE- Choice of soup or salad
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup- Creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup finished with Ginger and a Sour Cream Garnish paired with IPA
Goat Cheese Salad- Baby Spinach topped with Dried Cranberries, Spiced Pecans and Breaded Pan Seared Goat Cheese, finished with an Orange Tarragon Vinaigrette paired with a white sage black pepper saison
THIRD COURSE- Choice of Entree
Pumpkin Gnocchi- Homemade Gnocchi filled with Potato and Sweet Pumpkin tossed in a Roasted Pumpkin Fresh Sage Cream Sauce, finished with Toasted Pine Nuts served with Vegetable Medley paired with gingerbread brown ale or palo santo wood aged porter.
