Join Ghost Hawk Brewing Company and Oakflower Brewing Company at the Stirling Hotel. We will be tapping two beers from both breweries and our collaboration “Monotropa”hazy pale ale, which was brewed with a hint of orange peel and hopped with Riwaka and Citra, which was layered onto a 35% wheat malt base imparting crisp and complex flavors of citrus and tropical fruits.
