Beer Dinner at Fred & Ethel’s Lantern Light Tavern

Tomorrow, February 2, starting at 6PM at Lantern Light Tavern, 1 North New York Road, Absecon.

5 course meal. Each course paired with a different craft beer.

Amouse Bouche-
Soprasate, Cured Olive , Sharp Provolone, House Pickled Mushroom, Tomato Bruchetta, and Crusty Bread.
Served with Anchor Steam

Salad –
Gorgonzola Crustini served over Spring mix tossed with grilled apple, toasted cashews, shaved red onion, and a citrus vinagrette.
Served with Sierra Nevada Torpedo

Small Plate- Broiled Crab Cake with a garlic aoili and basil oil
Served with Flying Fish Exit 4

Main Course – Braised short rib with a cherry balsamic glaze served over a siricha chili mashed potatoes and seared mustard greens.
Served with Flying Fish Belgian Abbey Dubbel

Dessert – Rasin Briocce Bread Pudding with sauce Anglase
Served with Leinenkuigel Big Eddy Imperial Stout
