Course Two
Citrus Braised Chicken Osso Bucco served on Fennel Risotto
Beer – Bravehorn 7% ABV- Scotch Ale w/ Orange + Cranberry
Course Three
Tarragon Seared Shrimp served on a Soba Noodle Cake w/Tarragon Shallot Sauce
Beer – Bullazed Double IPA ABV, 8.5%
Course Four
Vanilla Poppy Cake with Grand Marnier Sorbet, Caramel Fudge and Vanilla Flake
Beer- Kow Lime Pie -Session 4.2% ABV -w/ Key Lime, Cinnamon, Milk Sugar and Vanilla
