Hamilton: Brotherton Brewing and Valenzano Wine Pairing Dinner is happening at Coltello Ristorante

This time we’re doing things a little different. First off, this one is on a Wednesday, second we are giving you a choice of alcohol to pair with dinner. We will have representatives from New Jersey Winery Valenzano and their partner brewery, Brotherton! Chef John will be creating a four course menu utilizing both wine and beer in his cooking process and you will have the choice to pair wine or beer with your dinner. We will be selling a limited amount of tickets to this event, which must be purchased in advance. Please specify if you are purchasing a beer or wine ticket when you purchase your tickets. Beer pairing will be $55 and Wine Pairing will be $65, tax and tip not included. Full menu will be available soon.
