Cabanas Beach Bar & Grill in Cape May is located right across from the beach at 429 Beach Ave and that beach feel carries right into the bar. It’s a family friendly place with a surfer feel to it and a full array of nightly entertainment. We got to hear the Sensational Soul Cruisers, an 11-piece horn, trumpet and soul band with no cover charge. George the manager recommended we try the Cape May IPA, brewed locally, that was so good I was at the brewery the next day getting my growler filled. Cabanas is a beer lovers delight which is uncommon for a beach bar. I also tried the Donnybrook from Victory as well as an Stone Arrogant Bastard. George could not have been nicer, taking time on a busy Friday night to talk beer with us.
