Join Director of Brewing Operations, Jimmy Valm, and Head Brewer, Brian Hink, for an interactive beer and dinner pairing. Menu includes:
First Course- Shrimp Po Boy with pickled peppers and garlic aioli; paired with Tide Table
Second Course- Beet salad with Feta cheese, spiced pecans, mixed greens in a green apple vinaigrette; paired with Devil’s Reach
Third Course- Braised beef short rib with parsnip puree and roasted root vegetables; paired with Coastal Evacuation
Dessert- Beignets with porter Sabayon sauce; paired with King Porter Stomp
$60 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
