Join us for a can and taproom release of –Test Dept.™ AnonyHop NEIPA
ABV: 5.9%
IBU: 50
AnonyHop features a grain bill that has been carefully selected and milled to provide maximum haze. A hybrid hop so new that it is only known by its catalog number. We are keeping it anonymous for now but you can call it #26709. This hop was added at the end of the boil AND in the whirlpool AND even more added in the fermentor for dry hopping.
Orange, vanilla and berry notes in both aroma and flavor throughout.
