Nicchio is pleased to present Carton Brewing from Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Having decided they had something to contribute to the very exciting conversation going on in craft brewing, cousins Chris and Augie Carton teamed up with their favorite home brewer, Jesse Ferguson, and started Carton Brewing.
The menu for the afternoon is as follows:
- Past Hor d’oeuvres with 3 Beer Sampling – Boneless Balsamic Wings with basil pesto ranch – “Spaghetti and Meatballs”, roasted spaghetti squash with lamb meatballs and shaved grana padano – Fontina Stuffed Sliders with garlic pesto and roasted peppers – Duck Pot Pie Shots
- Second Course – “Award Winning” Boat Beer Session Ale – Honey Jack and Butternut Squash Soup with ginger froth and chicken marsala flatbreads.
- Third Course – 077XX East Coast Double IPA – Surf and Turf, marsala roasted prawns with sliced NY strip steak, pecorino fingerlings, broccoli rabe and caramel peroni demi.
- Dolce – B.D.G. (Brunch. Dinner. Grub.) Brown Country Ale – Apple Cider Zeppoli with honey.
