Rich, a loyal reader of NJCB, sent over info on a class he’s instructing at Burlington County College.  Here’s his info! I am going to be teaching a homebrewing class at Burlington County College in Mt. Holly at their Culinary Center on March 7 (Wed. 7-10p)  and April 7 (Sat. noon-3p).  The name of the course is: Brewing Appreciation: Introduction to Homebrewing and it’s in the Spring BCC catalog online now (CFH-315 @ bcc.edu).  $89

Halloween Homebrew Festival

BWO Halloween Meeting and Party is tonight!

This comes from our friends at BWO, the Middlesex/ North Monmouth County area homebrew club.
