This, Saturday December 22nd @ Noon, we will be releasing Crowlers of ~Festivus Jelly~ and bottles of ~Barrique / Cayuga + Vic Secret~ .

~ Festivus Jelly~ our holiday edition of our Jelly series is an Imperial Smoothie Sour brewed with Lactose, vanilla, graham crackers, conditioned atop loads of Cranberries and Apples. We stepped our game up on this one and made the body bigger, the fruit more in your face and as tart as ever. Coming in at 9%, we’re in love with how this is coming along. 2x Crowlers/pp $15 each

~Barrique / Cayuga + Vic Secret~ the second installment in our series of mixed fermentation sour beers featuring wine grapes and hops. Brewed with wheat, aged hops and fermented with our house mixed culture in wine barrels, the beer rested in oak for 12 months. After which we transferred Cayuga Grape, from our friends at Bellview Winery in Landisville, NJ, directly into the barrel. The beer and wine must comingled in oak for an additional 8 months before a delicate dry hop addition of Vic Secret, then packaged in green bottles this August and allowed to naturally carbonate.

A full two years in the making at this point, we are so excited to share this bright, fruity, tart, effervescent bottle with you all for the holiday season.
