Join us for our very first Beer Dinner featuring Allagash Brewing Company on Tuesday, July 25th at 6:30pm! Billy and Jared from Allagash will be in house to discuss their beers and how they pair with each dish!

Tickets are $80/person (+ Tax & Gratuity) and include 5 courses with beer pairings:

Allagash White – ‘Welcome Beer’ at 6pm

Golden Brett (Dry-hopped Ale aged in Oak Barrels w/ Brettanomyces)
– Farmer’s Cheese, Toast Points & Spicy Pickled Fruits

Fluxus 2017 (Rhubarb Saison)
– Seasonal Herb Salad w/ Sprouted Grains and Rhubarb Oil

Tripel (Belgian-Style Tripel Ale)
– Seared Shrimp w/ Braised Greens

Ganache (Dark Ale fermented w/ Brettanomyces & aged on Raspberries)
– “Lamb Two Ways”

Map 40 (Belgian-Style Stout blended w/ Cold Brew Coffee)
– “Coffee & Cream” Mousse
