This Friday, June 24, at 7:15PM, Maloney’s is hosting a Dogfish Head Beer Dinner. Check out the info below.
1st Course
Sesame crusted sashimi tuna with arugula and cucumbers in a citrus ginger vinaigrette, paired with Dogfish Namaste, 5% (Witbier)
2nd Course
Crispy fried calimari tossed in a wasabi teriyaki glaze and topped with mandarin oranges, shredded coconut, and fresh scallions, paired with Dogfish My Antonia, 7.5%, (Imperial Pilsener)
3rd Course
Grilled Thai-Barbequed Skirt Steak rolled with scallions, bokchoy, and herbed rice, paired with Dogfish Palo Santo Marron, 12%, (American Brown Ale)
4th Course
Honey roasted pear with chopped walnuts served over yellow cake, paired with Dogfish Sah’tea, 9% (Sati)
If you cannot attend the dinner, stop by later in the weekend to enjoy our other Dogfish offerings. In addition to the beers served at the dinner, we will be tapping the following kegs: 60 Minute I.P.A., 90 Minute I.P.A., Red and White, Raison D’Etre, Hellhound, and Festina Peche.
