Edison Ale House

Edison Ale House, Newark

Newly opened (as in a month ago) and in a prime location, Edison Ale House appears ready to be a favorite go-to spot for craft beer drinkers in Newark. Blending classic bar style with a true classy modern flare is how I would describe Edison Ale House. That not only goes for the appearance but also for the food. A great selection of brick oven pizzas, wings from classic buffalo to Raspberry Habanero or their new Orange Chipotle and delicious burgers are just a small portion of the menu that does everything from scratch!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Blume, the General Manager at Edison Ale House. His vision and his ambition to succeed was evident. He had already familiarized himself with our website and was proactive in getting the word out there that Edison Ale House was there for the craft beer community.

Edison Ale House boasts 20 tap lines with a dozen or so strictly craft beer and the rest divided between imports and the standards.

Some of the craft beer currently on tap includes River Horse Hipp-O-Lantern, Victory Golden Monkey, Tommy Knocker Imperial Nut Brown Ale, Victory Prima Pils, Flying Fish Hopfish IPA along with selections from Brooklyn, Long Trail and Blue Point and more.

Edison Ale House is conveniently located right across the street from the Prudential Center at 51 Edison Place in Newark or online at edisonalehouse.com and on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Edison-Ale-House/135634683177763
