On Tuesday, August 13, 2013 savor five decadent courses from the award-winning FIN: A Prime Seafood and Steak Experience. Each course is expertly paired with varieties from American Crafter Brewer Samuel Adams. Jeff Martin of Boston Beer will guide guests through each pairing along with guest speaker Gary Monterosso, beer expert and author of Artisan Beers.

The night begins at The Bar with a welcome reception of hors d’oeuvres paired with Sam Adams’ signature Boston Lager as well as White Lantern. The main event will be hosted in FIN’s dining room with its sweeping ocean and boardwalk views. Here guests will enjoy five fantastic courses, each perfectly paired with varieties of Sam Adams. To cap off the night, the outdoor balcony will offer hand-rolled cigars as well as the final pairing for the night of Sam Adams Cherry Wheat.
