Flying Fish now produces a range of beers year-round, along with a variety of seasonal specialties. Flying Fish beers are eight-time medal winners at the Great American Beer Festival, the most of any New Jersey brewery.

On Friday July 8th from 5-7pm taste the following:

Daylight Savings IPA
Farmhouse Summer Ale
Extra Pale Ale
Hop Fish IPA

—————————————–
Daylight Savings IPA
This refreshing session IPA starts with a base Pilsner and Vienna Malt and then showcases the multiple additions of Warrior, Azacca and Citra hops, yielding tropical aromatics with hints of mango and grapefruit. Low in alcohol, BIG in flavor.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Vienna Malt, CaraFoam, Honey Malt, Pale Crystal
Hops: Warrior, Citra, Azacca, Simcoe
Alcohol by Volume: 4.9% IBU’s: 50

Farmhouse Summer Ale
A tribute to the highly drinkable “every day” beers from French-speaking Belgium. Contains Belgian two-row pale malt and 7% wheat. This beer is lightly filtered with an earthy, spicy hop character from imported Styrian Goldings hops and a beautiful rich creamy head from the wheat.
Malts: Two-Row Pale, White Wheat, Cara-8, Acidulated
Hops: Columbus, Styrian Goldings
Alcohol by Volume: 4.6% IBU’s: 15.1

Extra Pale Ale
An original American pale ale, our XPA highlights the subtle, sophisticated flavors and aromas of our Midwestern two-row malt and imported aromatic and Munich malts. Pacific Northwest hops create an extremely balanced beer with a beautiful straw color. And thanks to you baseball fans, the XPA is the best-selling local craft beer at the Phillies ballpark.
Malts: Two-Row Pale, Munich, Aromatic, Carafoam
Hops: Mt. Rainier, Palisades, Columbus
Alcohol by Volume: 5.2% IBU’s: 11.2

Hop Fish IPA
This English-style I.P.A. features a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Dry hopping results in a floral and herbal hop finish. HopFish is then lightly filtered to maintain the appropriate body and flavor. The beer features a combination of European malts to balance the hops, making this quite drinkable and quite versatile in pairing with food.
Malts: Two-Row Pale, English Medium Crystal, and Munich
Hops: Nugget, Palisades, Cascade, Columbus
Alcohol by Volume: 6.2% IBU’s: 25.3
