In celebration of NJ brewer Flying Fish’s 20th Anniversary (and Applebee’s Westampton’s 16th Anniversary) we are tapping a keg of Exit 5 Pinelands Sour Forage Ale from Flying Fish Brewing Co. Exit Series. Guest can enjoy a glass of this limited release Ale while enjoying some of Applebee’s new Wood Fired entrée’s like Bone-in Pork Chop with Apple Chutney or Smokin’ Double Steak and Eggs. Guests will also have the opportunity to speak with representatives from Flying Fish brewery and Pinelands Preservation Alliance. There will be giveaways for guests including specialty Exit Series glassware.

Flying Fish Exit 5 Pinelands Sour Forage Ale was inspired by the Beers Made By Walking Project. Along with friends from the Pinelands Preservation Alliance and NJ Conservation Foundation we hiked through Pinelands National Reserve to bring you this medium bodied Saison. As part of the Tapping Party Pinelands Preservation Alliance will be on hand to speak to guests and celebrate Pinelands Month which is the month of October. Applebee’s will donate a percentage of sales from the event to Pinelands Preservation Alliance.
