Fresh can drop this Friday! Slip Coach, our Rye IPA, has its spicy rye maltiness balanced by its West Coast citrusy hops for a dry, crisp IPA full of notes of lemon, orange, grapefruit and piney pumpernickel.
Our 5.4% Dry Irish Stout is highly traditional in every way except the taste. It has a harmonious balance between the slight bitterness from the hops and roasted barley, and the caramel and coffee notes from the malts.
Flynn’s Irish Red, named after our owner/brewer’s dog, has a base of Maris Otter, a blend of crystal malts and a touch of roast. Aromas of toast and caramel with a light, dry finish from the roasted malt. The sweet malt character is balanced by just enough Kent Golding hops to keep you coming back for more.
And by now you’re all familiar with our 7% hazy NEIPA created with Motueka and Simcoe (MoSim get it?!?). Notes of apricot, citrus, melon, passion fruit and fresh herbs.
