Line Street Pilsner – First time poured in NJ! (I hope thats still accurate)
Witt – Coriander, orange peel, grains of paradise and star anise give a light spiciness to the aroma. This refreshingly crisp wheat ale finishes with just a hint of tartness. Wit is ready to be enjoyed throughout spring and early summer!
IPA #1 – The first IPA release of this series, IPA #1, features a blend of classic hops, Centennial and Cascade, along with new varieties, Calypso and Equinox. This 5.5% ABV IPA has citrus and floral notes that meld into citrus and tropical flavors with an herbal undertone that ties it all together.
Insanity – The barrel aging imparts an additional level of complexity to an already intense malt profile by adding a combination of vanilla, oak and whiskey notes
Jester’s Choice IV – Jester’s Choice #4 is a Smoked American Porter. Coming in around 7% ABV and 40 IBU, this beer provides a firm (but not over the top) bitterness. It pours a very dark brown in color. A hefty addition of smoked malt gives this brew a smoky character, which is balanced with a light roast character from the dark malts
Sunday Morning Stout – Sunday Morning Stout, 11.3% ABV, is an American Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. Aromas of roasted coffee and bourbon awaken your senses while their flavors blend with hints of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and caramel. The perfect cap to a Saturday night or start to Sunday morning.
Blasphemy – Blasphemy, 11.8% ABV, is our QUAD aged in bourbon barrels which gives it gentle vanilla notes that complement rather than supersede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer.
