The Garden State Beer Expo is scheduled for Saturday, June 2 at the PNC Bank Arts Center – Holmdel. There will be two sessions. Session 1: 12:00pm – 3:30pm (doors 11:30am) and Session 2: 5:30pm – 9:00pm (doors 5:00pm). The folks behind the event sent over the following information. The event is being presented by Spirits Unlimited and 94.3 The Point. It will feature over 100 different styles of beer from across the country and beyond. Some of the participating breweries include: Anderson Valley, Ayinger, Blue Moon, Blue Point, Boston Beer, Carton, Chelsea, Corsendonk, Duvel, East Coast, Goose Island, Hoegaarden, Innis & Gunn, Keegan, Killian, Leffe, Leinenkugels, Lindemans, Long Trail, North Coast, Orval, Rochefort, Sam Smith, Saranac, Stella Artois, Uinta, Warsteiner, Weltenburger Kloster and Westmalle.
Tickets for the event are $40 in advance and $50 at the door (if available). There will also be a limited number of VIP tickets sold for each session for $60. VIP tickets provide early admission (30 minutes prior to general admission) and access to the VIP area which will feature special limited quantity sampling and complimentary food offerings. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com, the PNC Bank Arts Center Box Office (beginning May 5) and at participating Spirits Unlimited Stores. Of note – tickets purchased at Spirits Unlimited stores WILL NOT incur any service or transaction fees!
