Sliced Jersey Calamari dipped in a Honkers Ale tempura, cooked until golden brown.  Served with Italian long hot peppers and a sun-dried tomato & basil aioli.

312 Wheat Ale braised pork belly served over a pillow of Yukon Gold forked mashed potatoes with aged white cheddar, topped with fried Bermuda onions with a Honkers Ale BBQ sauce.

Summertime Kolsch slow poached baby beets & paper thin sliced pink radish with baby arugula, watercress, radicchio and Belgium Endive salad finished with red & yellow grape tomatoes and Wisconsin aged bleu cheese, drizzled with a stone ground mustard vinaigrette.

Thyme & IPA marinated grilled Hanger Steak served over roasted parsnip, Salisfy and horseradish puree finished with a India Pale Ale demi glace

Paired with India Pale Ale

Matilda & Grand Marnier flavored crème brulee, topped with caramelized brown sugar and a Matilda macerated berry medley

Paired with Matilda Belgian Pale Ale
