Great Lakes is participating in Earth Day in Bergen County’s Overpeck Park April 26-27. There will be a huge cleanup of Overpeck Creek, a Recycling Regatta, Music, Arts & Crafts plus Great Lakes Beer. Here’s what Tom from Kohler sent over.
Great Lakes Brewing Co and Kohler Distributing Co (among others) are partnering up with the Hackensack Riverkeeper to host an EarthFest celebration this Saturday in Overpeck Park, Ridgefield Park.
This celebration of Mother Earth will feature a Fishing Derby, Recycling Regatta, Music, Food, plus a Beer Garden with Great Lakes beer.
This family-friendly event will run all-day, is free (except beer & food), and the weather is supposed to be awesome. Beer garden will be open from 12:00-6:00.
GLBC mantra is all about water initiatives – clean water programs, water conservation, and respecting one of the key resources of life.
Kohler is also involved in many charitable, community-oriented events and has partnered with Great Lakes Brewing Co to support the Hackensack Riverkeeper.
