Hidden Brewery Opens in Middlesex, Bringing Craft Beer to Former Bearing Factory
MIDDLESEX, NJ — September 12, 2026 — At a time when many breweries are announcing closures, The Hidden Brewery is opening its doors in Middlesex, New Jersey. The new community-focused craft brewery offers locally brewed beer and a warm, welcoming taproom. Tucked among three manufacturing sites, The Hidden Brewery invites guests to discover a distinctive destination built around craft, community, and great beer.
Located inside a former early-1900s bearing factory, The Hidden Brewery blends industrial character with an inviting atmosphere, featuring exposed brick walls, an open bar, and a comfortable taproom designed for gathering. Its rotating lineup of “Beers Worth Finding” offers fresh, locally crafted styles for a range of tastes.
The inaugural lineup includes Saison, Kölsch, Hazy IPA, Milk Stout, and Oatmeal Stout, giving visitors options from crisp and refreshing to hop-forward, juicy, rich, and roasty.
“There is nothing more rewarding than brewing the beers you love and sharing them with people who appreciate great beer,” said Michael Kuderka and Bill Sahlin, managing partners of The Hidden Brewery.
The Hidden Brewery is located at 600A Lincoln Boulevard, Middlesex, NJ 08846. Taproom hours are Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM.
