Home Brewing Workshop for Experienced Brewers is happening on November 21 2014 from 06:30 pm to 08:30 pm.

Rutgers Cooperative Extension wants to help novice home brewers advance their knowledge at a new workshop called: “Advanced Home Brewing Q&A: Beyond Extract”. This class is designed for current experienced home brewers who have made a few batches and are looking to take their beer to the next level. There will be a short presentation, but most of the class will be in question and answer format.
The workshop takes place on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 6:30 PM at 103 College Farm Rd. New Brunswick, NJ 08901, (the former Agricultural Museum of New Jersey) on Rutgers Cook Campus.
Presenter Michael Klaser, has been a home-brewer and amateur brew-master for 6 years. Also the editor of a home-brewing blog, and a Certified Cicerone®, Michael will lead the seminar and share his experience in this art and science, as well as a list of resources available for home brewers to carry out their own research.
