On June 24, the Surfrider Foundation: Jersey Shore Chapterr is hosting an Inland Cleanup in Belmar followed by Happy Hour at Beach Haus Brewery!
The Inland cleanup will start at Beach Haus Brewery at 1:00 PM. We will be walking from the brewery to Silver Lake and up nearby streets to the beach. Volunteers will return to the brewery around 3:00 PM for a Happy Hour!
Our beaches aren’t the only thing that need to be cleaned! Plastics, litter and trash on beach-town streets make it into our ocean and waterways! Lend a helping hand to keep the Shore beautiful!
Volunteers of all ages are welcome and encouraged to clean the streets with us! Dress weather-appropriate!! Always stay off dunes, private property and respect wildlife!
Parking is free in the lot behind Beach Haus Brewery and on the street.The Surfrider Foundation is a grassroots, non-profit, environmental organization that works for the enjoyment and protection of our oceans, waves and beaches.
