  7. First session. Of course I’ll attend! Although I like hoppy for general drinkage I really like a nice geuze. The complexity and development of the flavors is a great change from a hop forward beer.

My favorite beer style is IPA’s because I love the bitter taste and there are so many different types now it’s hard to pick one favorite. The Dark IPA’s are becoming my favorite.

  12. Would like the 1st session or the 2nd. I would attend the seminar. Favorite type of beer is ale. Nothing compares to an ale.

  13. Session 1 works for me!

I will definitely be at the seminar, I have yet to meet the people behind NJ Craft Beer that save me so much money every year and it’s always great to meet other beer fans!

I love stouts. The malty sweetness, the roasted bitterness plus the barrels, coffee, milk, and everything else that goes in them.

  14. Would love to attend session 1 and go to the seminar! Sounds like a good time. I’m a big hop head so hoppy IPA’s are amongst my favorites. But I never met a beer I didn’t like. Cheer!

  15. Since I can’t attend both sessions, I’ll settle for session one.

It would be an esteemed honor to be able to attend the NJ Craft Beer Seminar!

My favorite style of beer is IPA because they are sharp with a little bite – just like me!

  16. 1. I would like to attend the first session
    2. I would love to attend the seminar
    3. My favorite beer style is white IPAs because it combines two very interesting styles of beer and the use of different hops make no two the same

  17. I would like to go to the first session.
I would also like to go to the seminar.
My favorite style of beer right now are IPAs, I cant get enough of them, each one is so uniquely different!

  18. I would prefer 2nd session, but will gladly attend the first.

Not only would I attend the seminar, I’d look forward to it.

I enjoy the dark, heavier beers and spiced winter/holiday stuff, but lately any bourbon barrel aged brew on the menu would be my first pour.

  19. It would be awesome to attend the first session and seminar.

    3. milk stouts are my current favorite – smooth drinking dark beer

  27. 1) I will attend the first session if I win!

    2) I’ll go to the seminar. It’s the least I can do if I get to go for free. You’ll let me know where it is?

    3) My favorite style at the moment is either IPA or rauchbier: anything with a strong taste!

  28. I’d like to attend the evening session (but I’m flexible).

    I would attend your seminar.

I’d have to say this time of year, I prefer stouts for their creamy/malty/sometimes chocolatey goodness. (The typically low ABV is also handy when watching an entire football game).

  29. I would attend and would prefer the first session!
My favorite beer for the past two years is the IPA and they just keep getting better, doubles and triples.
    Love the hoppy citrus flavor.

  30. This is the day after my bday, so what better way to celebrate, right?

I’d like to attend the first session and would definitely like to attend the seminar.

My favorite style of beer is definitely IPA. I’m not the biggest fan of soft, malty tasting beers. Give me crisp and bitter!

  31. Christopher Lewis

    1. I would love to attend the 2nd session.

    2. I would definitely attend the seminar.

  32. I would prefer the first session, but either would be great!

I would definitely attend the seminar!

My favorite beer style is DIPA. Always have been a sucker for hoppy beers, but a good DIPA has such great balance, and they are usually impressively smooth for the ABV

  33. Francesca Tiedeken

    – The early session is preferred, but the second is cool too.

    – I would attend the seminar.

    – I don’t have a favorite style. I don’t like to limit myself.

  34. Hello!

I would love to attend the second session.
I would totally be down to attend the seminar!
I LOVE Belgian beers. There is nothing like a good unfiltered wheat beer!

  35. I would prefer to attend session I, but would go to either.
I would definitely attend the seminar.
Right now I am currently enjoying Belgian-style ales.

  36. The second session.
    I would attend the seminar.
IPAs. They’re flavorful and distinctive from many of the other beers which are bland by comparison.

  37. Session 1 is preferred

    Heck yes!

Lately, been digging the Belgium strong dark ales and tripels – I love the fruity, spicy, and booziness of them and they have been pairing very well with (takeout) meals lately.

  38. -The first session would be awesome!

    – I’m always up for learning new things about beer, so count me in for the seminar.

    – White IPA’s are my go to beer right now.

  39. First session. Would absolutely attend the seminar. Been loving nitro stouts lately for the smooth creamy texture.

  40. – I would love to go to the 1st session but either works!

    – Yes, I’d attend the seminar.

    – My favorite style of brew depends on the season. Right now I’m into Belgium Ales and sours. Though I just stocked up on Carton Regular Coffee which is my new obsession.

    Cheers!

  41. I would love to attend the first session.

    Would definitely attend your seminar.

    My favorite style is IPA.

  42. I would love to join the first session. I would be willing to attend the seminar depending on time constraints. My favorite beer style is wheat or hefeweizen because they are typically refreshing, not overwhelming, and still plenty flavorful.

  43. 1. 1st session.

    2. The whole reason for going is to attend your seminar.

    3. My favorite style of beer is Belgian style Dubbel and Tripel Ales because they are great full bodied beers that have such a unique taste. Every time I drink one I pick up something different. It’s almost like drinking fine craftsmanship. Cheers and see you there.

  44. Amanda marrero-Lapidus

Yes I want to win for 1st session. But I would go to 2nd session also 🙂

  47. 1) I would love to attend session 2 with a friend!
    2) Yes I would attend your seminar, assuming I’ll be drinking good beer during it!
    3) My favorite style of beer is sours or barrel aged “wild ales.” I find the tartness and subtle complexities that can be achieved with barrel aging and “bug” selection are incomparable.

  48. I would prefer to attend the second session, but am flexible on time.

I would also attend the seminar.

Right now I’m into stouts to keep me warm on the cold winter nights!

  49. Would be the first session. I would love to attend the NJCB seminar. One style is so limiting, but I would have to go with Russian Imperial Stout, although I feel Belgian Tripels are so under appreciated. The RIS has so much flavor and takes Barrel aging so well.

  50. 1. I would love to attend the first session
    2. I would definitely like to attend the seminar
    3. My favorite style of beer is an IPA. The way the different tastes that an IPA creates on your palat, they just dance in your mouth, it’s amazing

My overall favorite style is probably Belgian ale, but I am on a stout kick right now!

  53. I would love to attend session 1 or 2, but preferably session 1.

I will absolutely attend the seminar!

My favorite style of beer is the stout. I try and move away from them but I always get pulled back in by their roasted flavor profiles. Chocolate obviously being one of them is always pleasant. When I’m sitting with a list of beers I’ll always gravitate towards the stouts.

  54. I would like the second session. I would attend your seminar. A good tripel works for my I like the sweetness and ease of drinking them.

Imperial Stouts for their depth and big bold flavor

  56. What session do you want to attend? – Session 1.

What is your favorite beer style and why? – The one in my belly. Really, I have no favorite. I like them all in the right setting. Variety is the spice of life.

  57. I would attend the first sesssion

  60. Lauren Montenegro

1- Second session would be great!

  62. 1. Would prefer first session.

    2. I would attend your seminar.

    3. IPA. I happen to like it. I do prefer the less hoppy IPA’s with a bit of citrus.

  63. I would like to attend the 2nd session.

I probably attend the seminar if I could find out the topic.

I like West Coast style IPAs that have big but balanced bitterness. Although I am getting into balanced sours and oh those big stouts in Winter.

  64. 1. I would love to attend session 1
    2. Yes, I plan to attend the seminar

I’d attend either but would definitely prefer session 1.

    Will you attend our seminar?

    Absolutely.

What is your favorite beer style and why?

Right now it’s wet hopped pale ales/IPAs. The flavor can be so intense, bright and complex.
