Iron Hill’s Spring Beer Dinner

To ring in the spring, The Iron Hill Brewpub is hosting a beer dinner on April 12 & 13.  Below are the details for the dinner in the Maple Shade.

1st Course

Sea Scallop Carpaccio Salad

frisee, blood orange segments, caramelized fennel

and citrus vinaigrette

Paired with Belgian White

2nd Course

Duck Pastrami

caraway pickled white asparagus, rye toast and dijon mustard sabayon

Paired with: Belgian Rye


Rhubarb Granita

thai basil and rose salt

Paired with: Rising Sun

 3rd Course

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

rainbow Swiss Chard, apple-horseradish sauce

and five spiced onion rings

Paired with: American Brown Ale

4th Course

Artisanal Cheese Trio

Camembert du Bucage, Noord Hollander Aged Gouda and Gelmini Gorgonzola Piccante

caramelized figs, toasted pistachios

and port wine-black pepper reduction

Paired with: Abbey Dubbel
