Kane Beer Dinner on Friday October 19th. I was hoping you’d be able to list it on the website. The details are as follows:
*$50 plus tax & gratuity per person.
*Event begins at 6:30pm, will likely run until after 9:30pm.
*It is a four course pairing dinner prepared by Executive Chef Fabian Quiroz. The menu is as follows:
>Oyster Rockefeller Soup: (paired with Single Fin)
>Chocolate Braised Short Rib on a crostini with caramelized onions & parmesan reggiano (paired with Drift Line)
>Crispy Pork Belly with Thai Sticky Rice topped with a Honey Soy BBQ Sauce (paired with Overhead)
>Chocolate Bouchon topped with a chipotle caramel drizzle (paired with the Imperial Stout)
Both SCG’s (Princeton and Rumson) offer NJCB Members a great burger and beer deal in the bar/lounge area. $15 gets you any burger (excluding the Kobe) and any craft draft beer. Stop by and enjoy!
