Nicchio is pleased to present Kane Brewing Co., from Ocean, NJ. Kane Brewing Co. is particularly proud of their local New Jersey heritage. They have grown up on these beaches and have now set up shop in Ocean, New Jersey. Kane Brewing has a personal commitment to premium ingredients and distinctive brewing techniques that make Kane ales truly exceptional beers. Always unfiltered and self-distributed, they are passionate about every step it takes to deliver quality beer.
The menu for the afternoon is as follows:
First Course – After Glow 5.5% pale ale – Provolone Stuffed Sausage with almond fig jam.
Second Course – Head High 6.5% IPA – Walnut and Sage Crusted Cod Fish served over Linguine Agolio i Olio with IPA drizzle.
Third Course – Drift Line 5.8% brown ale – Coco Thyme Chili Short Rib with sweet potato and smoked sea salt.
