Reception Sampling: Brick Oven Pizza topped with hops
First Course: Pistachio Crusted Scallop
Served with grilled bok choy, roasted red pepper, and a Pale Ale whole grain mustard, topped with frizzled onions. Paired with American Pale Ale.
Second Course: Hookerman’s Light Salad
Peaches poached in Hookerman’s Light, baby arugula, toasted pecans, and gorgonzola dressing. Paired with Hookerman’s Light.
Third Course: Short Rib Tomato Ragout
Braised short ribs with roasted roma tomato, caramelized onions, wilted spinach, and a Lazy Jake Porter demi glaze, topped with parmesan cheese. Paired with Lazy Jake Porter.
Fourth Course: Cedar Plank Game Hen and Venison Loin
Game hen and venison loin broiled on a cedar plank served with truffle oil green beans and amber mashed potatoes. Paired with German Valley Amber.
Fifth Course: Irish Brownie
Brownie infused with Dry Irish Stout served a la mode. Paired with Dry Irish Stout.
