Here is the info for the Maloney’s Beer Dinner
We’re hosting an Avery Brewing Company beer pairing and “tap take-over” on Saturday, March 24, at 7:30 pm. Seats are $55 each. Reservations are required. Please respond via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Arrive by 7:15 to check in and ensure group seating at our large tables.
The menu is as follows:
1st Course: Artisanal meat and cheese plate with farmhouse brown bread paired with Ellie’s Brown Ale (American Brown Ale, 5.5%).
2nd Course: Salad Louie- assorted field greens, chilled rock shrimp, hard-boiled egg, grape tomato, cucumber and sweet Bermuda onion tossed with Louie dressing, paired with White Rascal (Witbier, 5.6%).
3rd Course: New World Porter braised short ribs accompanied by cauliflower puree and carrots vichy paired with New World Porter (American Porter, 6.7).
4th Course: Terry’s Dacquoise Cake- hazelnut and almond buttercream layered with rich dark chocolate cake layered with ganache, paired with The Czar (Russian Imperial Stout, 11%).
In addition to the beers we will enjoy at the dinner, we will also tap the following brews: Hog Heaven (Barleywine, 9.2%), IPA (American IPA, 6.5%), Salvation Golden Ale (Belgian Strong Pale Ale, 9%), Maharaja (Imperial IPA, 10.3%), and Reverend (Quad, 10%).
