The menu is as follows.
Chilled Cucumber and Melon Gazpacho paired with Summer Blond (American Blond Ale, 4.5%)
Fresh Jersey Tomato Salad with local fresh mozzarella, red onions, garlic, basil and salami in a light white balsamic vinaigrette over mixed greens paired with River Horse Lager (Euro Pale Lager, 5%)
Smokey Raspberry BBQ glazed baby back riblets with a cool jicama and apple slaw paired with River Horse Special Ale (E.S.B., 5.5%)
Spice rubbed roasted 1/2 chicken with a fresh peach salsa, grilled corn on the cob and a cheesy polenta paired with River Horse Hop-a-lot-amus (Imperial I.P.A., 8.5%)
Sweetened Marscapone Cheese Tart with peaches and fresh berries, paired with River Horse Triple (Triple, 10%)
