Roasted Beets with crispy panko crusted goat cheese with mandarin puree and fresh basil chiffonade accompanied by Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier (Bayerische Staatabrauerei, Hefeweizen, 5.4%)
The Third Course
Tortilla-cilantro crusted sashimi tuna with mango and kiwi salsa and a seaweed salad, drizzled with a ginger-soy dressing complimented by Saison Dupont (Brasserie Dupont, Farmhouse Ale, 6.5%)

Apricot glazed Cornish Hen with smoky bacon and caramelized onion mashed sweet potato and a Honeycrisp Apple Slaw accompanied by Cuvee Van De Keizer Blauw (Brouwerij Het Anker, Belgian Strong Dark Ale, 11%)

Zabaglione with fresh berries and almond lace cookie served with Samuel Smith Imperial Stout (Samuel Smith Old Brewery, Russian Imperial Stout, 7%)
