Williamstown: March Forth is a beer paying homage to a person very close to me (Mike) and represents forward progression throughout the beer industry.
This tart Gose is steeped with organic hibiscus flowers and dosed with organic pink Himalayan sea salt. It will also undergo a secondary fermentation with a heap of dark and light cherry purée for a sweet and acidic finish.
