Join me on select Sunday mornings now through December for yoga at Alementary Brewery! Breathe, stretch, and strengthen as we flow through poses that are truly for every body. Modifications are provided to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. This is a class that is full of laughter, and is geared toward self-care and self-love.
After class, stay and treat yourself to a pint of Alementary’s finest brew!
Cost: $20 (Cash only), this includes the yoga class and after-class pint
