Distribution agreements have been signed and a sampling of their flavorful beers will begin mid-September, 2015. Locals can look forward to enjoying the Southeast’s largest craft brewery in the following seven counties: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Union.
Says Chuck Salzman, Vice President and third generation at Peerless, “All of us at Peerless are extremely excited to partner with SweetWater to bring their beers and their culture to New Jersey. We have collaborated on some really exciting ways to kick off things in the market and can’t wait to get started.”
Ranked among the nation’s Top 20 craft breweries in sales by volume according to the Brewer’s Association, SweetWater is touted as one of the fastest growing craft brands in the country. Locals will spot the brewery’s iconic rainbow trout tap handles and bottle/can packaging throughout their respective areas this fall.
